  Jacques Bermon Webster II, born on April 30 1991, is more commonly popularly known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott) is the American rapper, singer and songwriter. The stage name is the name of a favorite uncle with the first name and first name (of Kid Cudi), of his idol Travis Scott. Scott signed his first major label agreement with Epic Records in 2012, as well as an agreement for publishing with Kanye West's GOOD Music. In April 2013 the singer-songwriter signed a joint-recording contract with Epic and T.I. He is signed to Epic and T.I.'s Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's first album, Owl Pharaoh was self-released on his own in 2013. In 2013, Scott self-released the mixtape Owl Phaoh. A second mixtape, Days Before Rodeo was released in the year 2014. Rodeo (2015) was his debut album from the studio. The single that became a hit "Antidote" was the main track. His second album entitled Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first number-one album on the Billboard 200. Scott released Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) alongside Quavo under the name of Huncho Jack. In 2018, Astroworld was released to high praise from critics. It produced his first Billboard Hot 100 top 100 single, "Sicko Mode" feat. Drake. Scott's Cactus Jack Records album JackBoys debuted on the Billboard 200 in late 2019. Following the release of his single "Franchise" (featuring Young Thug and M.I.A.) Scott was the first artist on the Hot 100 to have three songs make it to the top of the charts within one year.
