Nathan John Feuerstein is an American rapper from the United States. Two EPs were released by Feuerstein I'm free (2012) [3and an EP that was self-titled in 2014. He was signed to Capitol CMG. The first album by a major label, Mansion, was released on March 31, 2015. His second studio album Therapy Session came out on April 22, 2016. It was a top 12 album on the US Billboard 200. His albums have earned several awards, among which include: the Gospel Music Association Dove Award for Rap/Hip Hop Album of the Year (Therapy Session).NF achieved mainstream popularity in 2017 with the release of Perception. the album reached the top spot in the United States and was certified platinum. The album's third single, "Let You Down", reached number twelve on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 reached number one in the US and was also a top-ten worldwide chart hit. The follow-up album, The Search (2019) was a commercial hit. Feuerstein explained that rap was a means of escape for his family in his early years. He would record songs using a karaoke machine, recording instrumentals with one microphone, and rapping on another. Feuerstein self-released his debut album Moments on November 29, 2010, under his real name. The debut single, "Alone", was released on August 2, 2011. Brooke Griffith, songwriter and producer of the track, was featured. Xist Music came to Feuerstein’s work in the year 2012. Feuerstein debuted his expanded work I'm Free on May 2nd, 2012 with production work by Profitt. The tracklist included nine songs which included "Alone". The EP featured the exclusive version of Sean Simmonds from "Alone". Xist announced that NF would be released however Feuerstein quit the label over a dispute. NF production was postponed. NF was however, a highlight of the show, featuring the track "Only One", featuring Shuree Wilkins on the compilation album of the label Move Vol 1. He released a single, "Beautiful Addiction", on the 4th of November 2013, 2013. The song again featured an appearance from Profitt, as well as the vocals of Brady Schmitz and Danielle Swift.
