 Jimmy Donaldson (born May 7, 1998) popularly referred to as MrBeast is an American YouTube personality an entrepreneur, philanthropist and entrepreneur. The YouTube personality has been credited with pioneering a genre of YouTube videos that focus on expensive stunts. His main YouTube channel, "MrBeast", is the fifth-most-subscribed on the platform. Donaldson began uploading videos on YouTube in 2012, at 13 years old under the handle "MrBeast6000" His early videos ranged from "Let's Plays" to "videos estimating the riches of other YouTubers." After his 2017 "Counting to 100,000" video was viewed by tens and thousands of views in just a couple of days, he became a YouTube sensation. His first content consisted of Let's Plays and videos which estimated the worth of other YouTubers. Donaldson employed a number of his childhood friends as his assistants for his growing channel. MrBeast the main YouTube channel of Donaldson, a channel with over 100 million subscribers, was established in 2022.
